Cost for vendor space: (Price includes both days. We do not offer one day pricing. Several sponsorship levels include a vendor space, so be sure to check out our sponsorship page)
$125 for 10x10 space
$175 for 10x20 space
$200 for 10x30 space
$300 for 10x40 space
Terms and Conditions:
ELECTRICTY: must be provided by vendor using a quiet style generator. We do not have locations for electric or water.
SALES TAX: In accordance with state law, ALL VENDORS must include a copy of their State of Oklahoma sales tax permit.
LOCATION: Downtown Tahlequah on Muskogee Ave between Shawnee and Downing.
Exact vendor spot locations and vendor map will emailed two weeks prior to event.
ADVERTISING: Advertising for the festival will occur in various online/print festival publications. In addition, TV and radio stations will be notified via multiple press releases.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds once you are accepted and paid.
TEAR DOWN: Please make sure all trash and boxes have been removed from your area. There are big dumpsters in which to dispose of items.
PERMITS: Food and drink vendors will need to obtain a temporary heath dept permit for Cherokee County. Cost is 75$ unless a yearly permit is held.
PAYMENT: Approved vendors will receive an invoice once their application has been reviewed and approved. Payment can then be made by credit card or by check. Once payment is received, you will be confirmed for Crawfest 8. Please be aware of online scams. We will never request vendor fee payments through money-transfer apps such as PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. All invoices and payments will be processed exclusively through Kroner & Baer’s Square POS system. We will only communicate in-person, by phone, by our email at info@okcrawfest.com, or by messenger for Kroner & Baer or Linney Breaux’s business page. Two weeks prior to the event all vendors will be sent their specific ocation/spot number.
